Can I return items of my delivery?

Within 8 days upon receipt you can return your items at you own expenses with our return slip.

Your money will be refunded within 14 days.


Why can’t I buy your full range online?

We are sorry, some items aren’t available online due to fragility or bulkiness. 


Why should I register on your website?

By crating an account on our website you will be able to check your order, create a wishlist, change your delivery address and check out easier during future orders. 


Can I change my order after placing it?

Usually you won’t be able to amend the order if it’s already confirmed. In special cases you may contact us individually. 


How do I know that you have received my order?

We will automatically send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. Check your spam folder in case you haven’t received it.
