How long will shipping take?
We offer next day delivery for all orders before 3pm. Orders placed between friday and sunday will be handled on Monday. During high season or bank holidays delivery delays might occur.
We cannot take responsibilty for delays caused by our forwarder "die Post".
What countries do you deliver to?
Currently we aren’t able to deliver outside Switzerland. We are working on it though. Sign up to our Newsletter to stay tuned for our international Onlineshop launch.
Can I return items of my delivery?
Within 30 days upon receipt you can return your items at you own expenses with our return slip (back side of your delivery receipt) to the following address:
Your money will be refunded within 14 days.
Why can’t I buy your full range online?
We are sorry, some items aren’t available online due to fragility or bulkiness.
Why should I register on your website?
By creating an account on our website you will be able to check your order, create a wishlist, change your delivery address and check out easier during future orders.
PLACING AN ORDER
Can I change my order after placing it?
Usually you won’t be able to amend the order if it’s already confirmed.
In special cases you may contact us individually.
How do I know that you have received my order?
We will automatically send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. Check your spam folder in case you haven’t received it.
PROMOTION AND GIFT CARDS
Can I redeem a voucher or a promotion code online?
We are working on this feature and will launch it very soon.
Do you offer product warranty?
All Esmée products are covered for manufacturing or material defects for a warranty period of 2 years as of date of purchases.
We will replace the faulty product although the compensation or a reduction of purchase price is concluded.
